Back on Track

Upper arm: no change
Waist: no change from last month, total change -2 inches
Hips: no change from last month, total change -2 inches
Upper leg: no change from last month, total change -2 inches

Walked the dog a lot this week. Curious how I feel self conscious walking around the neighborhood when I'm by myself, yet I don't feel that way walking the dog and carrying little blue poop baggies.

OK, Now This Just Has To Stop!

Minor set back, partied too much in Orlando. Drank too much soda, had too many appetizers, not enough veggies and not enough water. Time to get serious and focused again.

Damn! Gained This Week...


Weigh in, week 12: +2.2 pounds
Total weight loss: -15.2 pounds

Had to go to Orlando for work. Got a new program for the work laptop and had to learn to use it. Had the breakfast bar every morning for breakfast---bad move, but the only way to have cereal or oatmeal at the place was to have the breakfast bar, and I just couldn't see paying $9.00 for cereal or oatmeal. Should take my own next time.

Finished Minion, it ended on a cliff hanger. Good thing I had bought the second book when I bought the first. Read The Awakening on the plane and finished it while I was in Orlando. Very good. I'll collect my thoughts on both books and do a proper review in my next post.

Started The Compass Rose by Gail Dayton on the flight back, got half way thru it before I landed back home. Very good book, unfortunately I had to set it aside to catch up with the work that piled up while I was gone.
